"During the summer of 2004 Ruth and I hired Jake Wieser Construction to build for us. We had talked to several builders and found Jake able to build what we wanted and stay within our budget. Many times during construction I dropped in and always found the men working and the material good quality. A carpenter friend had a chance to visit us and I was able to take him through the house before it was sheet rocked and he was very pleased with what he saw. We moved in in September and are well pleased with our new home. It was well below zero the last several days and we are snug and warm."

It's been about seventeen months now (a year ago last October which is a fair assessment period) and everything has met or exceeded our expectations. Even Brian is impressed that we've never had to have you come back out to adjust or fix anything, something he said is unheard of in the new home construction business. Your knowledge, expertise, and especially workmanship impressed everyone involved in the project. But I think the thing that impressed us the most was the follow-up call we received from you last February asking if everything was ok and if we would like you to come back and fix or adjust anything (we couldn't come up with a list to make it worth your while).
